When I first got Licensed (1975) these E mailed QSL's wouldn't be worth the ink they could be printed with.
I remember a QSL card MUST have the cancelled postmark on it! if it was mailed in an envelope you had to keep the envelope. So the checker could see the postmark.
But at the same time while I remember that. Then what about the cards that came via the Buro?
