There were also many stations whose base frequency was in band, but side and was out of band.  One station (a mult) was at 14.34999. No way to reduce your USB TX filter so you are not out of band.   Another mult was at 7125.1 where LSB will put you out if band.  

I think that any US station QSOs with a Cabrillo- quantized frequency less than 7127 or greater than 14348 should be disallowed by the log checking software.  Otherwise those who are following the regulations are effectively penalized.
