[CQ-Contest] Many US stns out of band

I would not think the CQing station would have it removed.  Otherwise you are expecting everyone to know everyone else’s band plan.  Also if you are a DX station operating out of US band, the only way you can sometimes make the US station go away is QSY in which case he will be right back or take the time to explain to him that you happen to know that he is outside his band…. Or work him and keep running stations as fast as you can.
