[CQ-Contest] Tune up for CQ WW RTTY with the Weekly RTTY Test on Thursday nights

I would love to see this Thursday evening RTTY Test use the exchange of 
the weekends contest.
Then it would serve a double purpose to have people get on, on Thursday 
BUT even more importantly provide a test run so to make sure everything 
is running perfectly for the weekend
