[CQ-Contest] Tune up for CQ WW RTTY with the Weekly RTTY Test on Thursday nights

Cool!
I still like the Thursday thing. I mean FT you can test run any day, but 
RTTY now days, you can test your system TX wise, but I can't remember 
when i have heard a RTTY signal other than on Thursday or a contest.  
sad it is a cool mode actually.
