[CQ-Contest] A bit of nostalgia

Volt in the Philippines who loved to work Novices on 40 meters was 
DU7SV.  I didn't work him until I had upgraded, but it was still a 
thrill.  When have I heard any station in the Philippines ragchewing on 
40M?  83, John, K4BAI
