traditional focus on non-assisted efforts."

".Single Operator All Bands - Low Power (SOABLP) Sam Ferris, VE5SF,
operating as VE5RAC, clinches first place in the SOABLP category with a
score of 343,896, capturing the plaque sponsored by Contest Club Ontario.
Art Boyars, K3KU, earned second place with a score of 155,838 and also
receives the Larry Kayser, VA3LK Memorial Plaque, sponsored by Alan
Goodacre, VE3HX, for the Top Scoring Foreign Single Operator - Any Power.
Steve Bergevin, VE3OZO, rounds out the top three with a score of 103,896.."
