I did send someone an RST of  5NN K.  I doubt that he understood what I was telling him.

I had one well-known station send me a power level of 9w on 40m, 15m, and 10m.  But on 20m, he gave me a power level of 10w.  The answer, of course, is that these were likely different ops, and we know they were operating remotely.  Clearly they didn't communicate with each other to agree on what power level to send, because as I recall the ARRL requires a DX station to send the same power level on all bands.

Actually, I thought the power level of 911 was kind of cute.  Matter of fact, I did this contest many times LP from the DX side and always sent my power as "NN".  It's quick and really easier for the other station to copy than "100".

Just my 2¢ worth.
