[CQ-Contest] "Cary" in NAQP

Radiosport Manitoba members are being urged to use the name "Cary" (and to
be active) in the coming NAQPs, all as a memorial to founding member VE4EA
(SK).

I myself (a member of RSM) plan to do my regular 2330Z-ish start for CW and
SB.  I've already informed the gurus for N1MM+ CHF (VE2FK) and for Writelog
Prefill Files (VE5CPU) of my name chamge for NAQP (and Sprint).  Please let
me know if there are any others I should inform.
