[CQ-Contest] Fwd: Expeditions remote

It's used to be about the challenge of getting to, setting up, roughing 
it AND radio.

The non-permitting on environmental basis is BS for Desecheo/Navassa.  
People land all the time on both. Nothing stopping them, certainly not 
U.S. F&W.
