[CQ-Contest] Writelog Prefil Files Update

Good day all

It was reported that the NA_QSOP_PH-CW-RTTY_Jan_05_26.adi was busted.  I have fixed the file and it was reposted as of 01:00 UTC on Jan 10.  

My apologies for the issue and thanks to  Mike KD7ND/KH7X for advising me of this issue.
