I think they both use the same ADC chip, pretty much the only thing that 
affects dynamic range in a direct sampling receiver. The difference is 
probably either measurement uncertainty or a normal variation between chips.

As Rob has pointed out often, though he chose to sort the list by 
close-in dynamic range, it's not necessarily the most important factor.
