I am pleased to announce the 2026 CQ WPX SSB and CW contests as follows:

 

SSB: March 28 and 29, 2026 

CW: May 30 and 31, 2026

Times: 0000 UTC on Saturday to 2359 UTC on Sunday

Log deadlines (NEW FOR 2026): 

- SSB: 2359 UTC on March 31, 2026 

- CW: 2359 UTC on June 2, 2026

 

***RULE CHANGES FOR 2026***

 

1.	All entries must be submitted WITHIN 48 HOURS after the end of the
contest
2.	Autonomous operation is prohibited
3.	The requirement for a station to sign as portable when operating
from a DXCC entity different from that indicated by its callsign has been
eliminated
4.	Previous Rookie winners are not eligible for Rookie plaques
5.	Eligible club members may contribute their DXpedition scores to
their club entry
6.	Entrants must supply details on their station upon request
