Is it possible to get CT 8 to run under MS Windows?

I ran IARU with an old CTY file and was going to re-score it at work.  I've
tried various combinations of memory locking/expanded memory in a PIF file
with no success yet.  The start-up and communications screens come up fine, 
but I just get a blank screen when it goes to the log and eventually a
General Fault Protection error.  It, of course, works fine from DOS.
