CT-FT-100 troubles

Had problems making CT8.45 talk to K0PP's FT-1000 and 
FT-990 over the weekend.  There was a thread a while ago about this
and the solution was a new comtsr.  We used to be able to control the
FT-1000 ok, using a comtsr dated 7/30/93 but it now longer works.
The other change is now the computer is using DOS 6.  Anybody have
any thoughts?  Please reply to me or to k0pp@mcimail.com.
