CT9.10a and beam headings

Messing around with CT9.10a from CT-BBS, getting ready for the big one.
Got AD1C's CTY.DAT on 10/21, edited it to show the right longitude and
latitude for US.  Looks like CT is reporting headings about 20 degrees
different from that of the local PacketCluster node.  Not a big deal, but
has anybody else noticed this?
