W9XT DVR board and CT 9

There is a problem running the W9XT DVR board and CT v9.

If you have the DVR installed on LPT2, and in CT's startup screen you select:

KEY:  LPT2
DVR:  LPT2

The DVR does NOT work.  (It used to in all previous versions.)

The fix is to set KEY to NONE.  Of course this will be a problem for mixed
contests such as 10M and FD.  I do not yet know if the CW keying works at all.

So for all you W9XT users out there this weekend, set KEY to NONE.
