CT 9.11 bug report

At N3RS we used CT 9.13, and found the same band map and PacketCluster
window responses following manual entry of a call by Ctrl-Enter.

In M/S, we used the manual entry capability on the MULT station to allow
quick retrieval when we went to RUN on that band, or on RUN station, just
to "mark" a guy in the band log to facilitate identification while tuning.
(This use of the band map on RUN would not have been quite so prevalent,
except for the crummy conditions forcing us into S&P tactics frequently.)
Anyway, 9 times out of 10, the manually entered but previously worked
station came up properly in black lettering. Occassionally, however, the
manual entry came up in white as a needed multiplier. I never could find
any reason why CT would pick a certain callsign and make this error.

Regarding manually entered calls showing up in the PacketCluster window, I
believe that you need to set the window to "QSOs needed All Bands" for
these entries to be displayed. Whatever the anomaly was with the Alt-A
window, I recall a pretty easy work around.
