Administrivia: CT-USER list

The list was having some problems this weekend because the host machine
crashed.  Then I noticed that in the process of moving data from one
partition to another, some of the ownership and protection of files was
changed.  So a couple of messages (from K1EA and N6ND) were initially
rejected.  I forwarded them out again.

If you notice anything else weird about the reflector, please send me a
message.
