Ver. 9.22/FT1000

Perhaps I am the only one who has encountered this problem, due to 
operator error (?), but I have been unable to use ver. 9.22 with my 1000 
due to lack of the POLL command.  Seems the rig is polled constantly as 
the CAT System light blinks continuously.  Any suggestions as to what I 
can do to overcome this problem?  Please reply directly.
