Be careful using the + and - in you CW messages.  I've found that a "+" does not
necessarily offset a "-" in the same amount of WPM.  In other words,  even
though I've set up messages with an equall number of +'s and -'s, the speed of
the message can progressively get faster or slower each successive time you send
that message.  I also appears to have something to do with the messages content.
