LPT2 CW sending & CT BBS

Has anyone figured out how to use LPT2 for sending CW with the latest
version of CT?  My old version of CT (9.22) works fine, but now I want to
update to 9.27, and I can't get LPT2 to work.  Is 9.27 broken? Is there  a
later version available?

I tried calling CT-BBS, but I can't get through.  It answers the phone,
connects the modem, and hangs up.  Do they have a new telephone number?
