Controlling 2nd radio

On CT versions that work with the feature (like about 9.25 and up);
ALT-<period> switches between radio 1 and radio 2. It controls a 
port bit (on the one version that works); and also switches the
editing log line so partially typed calls get saved for future use.
Quite a neat feature, however in the latest version the port bit
was moved/broken. All the internal stuff still works though...
