CT, Novice Bands and Rig Control

I used CT 9.23 (I think) this FD. All the regular bands, i.e. 160, 80, 40,
20, 15, 10, 6, 2, sat etc worked fine, but the Novice bands were another
story. When I whould enter say 2102 in th ecallsignfield, I expected the
radio to QSY to 21020.00. Nope, I would go to 2,102.00 and show 15N.
Using alt-J to check the radio frequency showed that all the novice bands
had a digit missing, so 80N was 300.00, 40N was 700.0, 15N was 2100.00 etc.
Has this bug been fixed in a later version? It's quite annoying!
