CT9 V/UHF QSO party log conversion

I am trying to get the .res file required my LOGic 4 logging program for
importation of log data and have been getting an error message when I run the
B2R9 utility from CT9 (v 9.22).  

The error message is

"interrupt 0DH  General Protection Fault  possible illegal address "

I have used this utility before to convert my CQ WW log, and it ran without
problem.

Any ideas and help would be appreciated.
