[ct-user] Crash goes CT 9.26

This is a known problem. I had it occur myself last year. The 
solution is to upgrade to CT 9.27. With 9.27 installed, WRITELOG will 
execute correctly after WPX. You can upgrade to 9.27 and still use 
the 9.26 BIN file without concern since the 9.26 BIN file generated 
is valid.
