[ct-user] FT1000MP cw default

Default?  I dont think the MP has a default one way or the other.  Hit the CW
button once and it'll come up USB...hit it again and it toggles to LSB.  If
you switch bands and come back, it'll remember what it was running the last
time.  However, I dont know why that would screw up the spot frequency either
way.  Make sure Menu 3-0 is set to OFFSET.
