The CT's homepage says that "Send E-mail to Christine
Strelow<kc1xx@kc1xx.mv.com> with your CALLSIGN (which will become your user
name) and the password you want to use. If you are in the database of CT9
registered users, she will give you access to the site."

So, Send e-mail to Christine.
