[ct-user] Variable weight

Hello All,

I've recently upgrade from version 8.19 to 9.27. I'm now checking all
the new features and trying to be ready for the upcoming ARRL CW test.
This morning I was reading and old CQ magazine (April 1995) and saw the
new version advertise. There was: "variable cw weighting".

Reading the manual I couldn't find the instructions to change the CW
weight. What do I have to do?
