[ct-user] VE7TCP.AMPR.ORG IP Address Change

The server has been moved behind our corporate firewall. This
required its IP address be changed. You may notice delays
when trying to connect to the interactive services (FTP, WWW)
for the next week or so (until the old nameserver data expires).
