[ct-user] Binary to ASCII and viceversa

The matter is that the log for our CQ WW DX SSB has date of January stamped the firts half of the log due to a computer clock error. The contest manager told me that there is not problem if  we send them the BINary log.

Anyway, I'd like to obtain true statistics for the contest and so tried to B2R9 the log first, correct the mistake an R2B9 the file back to the BINary format. But in this proces I only obtained gaberish.

Any clue or solution ?
