[ct-user] Looking for B2R/R2B

I'm trying to sort XU6WV's (SK) logs & have some .BIN files made from older
version of CT, or at least I think this is the case as B2R9 knows it can't
handle them, but B2R8 does (but creates a mucked up .RES files).  I see the
freeware version (6.26) has no B2R/R2B utilities with it.  Could somebody
please send me a copy of R2B/B2R?  Thanks!
