[ct-user] "jumpy" bands

Unlike past times, I decided to try out CT (9.27) BEFORE the contest
starts.  Both the rig & TNC are communicating, and I key CW from LPT1.
However, the rig (FT-1000D) is on 14.005 and CT thinks I'm on 15 CW.
When I try to manually switch CT to 20M, it "pops" back to 15M.  What
have I missed?
