[ct-user] WAE QTC's

I'm having trouble getting CT to save or score sent qtcs.

I type ALT-L then enter the callsign of rxing station, press ENTER,
then what am I suppose to do?????  ALT-L to end doesn't score the qtc
nor does F2 to send qtc (in cw).  Have tried 9.23 and 9.27

What am I missing???????????????????????????????
Yes I know I should have figured this out weeks ago.
