[ct-user] .brk question

Why is it that the total number of countries per band in the .brk file 
created by writelog always exceeds the total number of countries listed 
on the summary sheet?  The summary sheet is correct, but the .brk can 
give you incorrect statistical information after the contest, when you 
look to see how you did "as time went by"...
