[ct-user] help with time

When I exported the files for the recent CQDX contests I did not have any
problems with the time (qso time data). However after the ARRL 160 contest
when I used the WriteARRL command, I noticed that my contacts were 2 hours
off.  The writeall command produces a correct time & date.  What do I need
to do to fix this problem?  Thanks in advance for your help 73's....Dave
