[ct-user] CT Time Corrections

In Postcontest mode, cursor up into the log to
the times in error.  use <alt-F> and a small
window appears to let you change time/date.
Its a one-at-a-time thing, but hey it works and after
a while you get the rhythm and you're done
and the bin file is corrected.
