A novice-tech Station in the 10 Meter Contest must be just that: run by
novice and tech class operators. Using a non-novice/tech licensee as
one of the operators means they no longer qualify for the novice/tech
designation.

hi dan...on another topic....
i saw someone mention on the contest reflector that they were going to
be
operating novice multi-single, that is using a novice
call sign for the contest but in addition to the novice operator, also
using an extra class op.
would that qualify for the award for top novice/tech in a section?
doesnt seem proper to me.
whats the rules say about this?
thanks...scott ne9u
