[ct-user] CT 9.23 & RAC winter contest?

Ken Wolffe is working on it now, but it has some bugs.  I've seen it, and fed back some info to Ken.  It isn't usable yet.

We use Field Day mode as it covers most of the bases and then do the scoring manually.  Current release of CT is 9.37.
