[ct-user] Yaesu FT-990 Freq Error

I'm using v 9.27 with an FT-990.  With the receive "clarifier" on (man, I
hate that terminology), CT reads a fixed +5 KHz high.  WIth the transmit
"clarifier" on, it adds +2.5KHz. Both on together give +7.5KHz.  It means
giving up receive RIT to keep the bandmap straight.  Is there a fix for
this problem?
