[ct-user] ADIF to BIN conversion utility wanted

I need to convert from another logging program into CT.  I have formatted
ASCII text, CSV, and ADIF format files to work with.  The easiest thing
would be something that can convert from ADIF directly to a v8 or v9 BIN
file.

Any suggestions?
