[ct-user] CT 9.37

I experienced this same problem with CT V9.37. I also reloaded 9.27 and it
worked fine. I am convinced it is in the CT software. I am running a Pentium
133 with 48Meg RAM with Windows 95 and an FT1000D..73...Ann WA1S
