Please don't use the CT-USER reflector to make contest announcements.  The
reflector is for discussing the SOFTWARE, meaning bug reports, updates to
the program, or "how do I ...".  There is already a forum
(cq-contest@contesting.com) which is the proper place to send contest
announcements.
