[ct-user] Changing bands at radio

Paul, this problem has been reported by myself and some others. On the
other hand, some people claim it works fine, but that's not my
experience. If you look back in the CT-user archives, you'll see lots of
details. But for me, the basic fix was to regress to 9.27, which is
available from www.contesting.com/ctvault, assuming you have the
userid/password to access that (registered users do).
