[ct-user] CT doesn't sense the radio (at least not my TS850)

Oh what a world....

After discovering that "all I had to do was back out to 9.27" a few days
ago, and my problem with CT not sensing the radio went away, only today
did I notice that 9.27 does not support DIG as a FD mode. Double drat! I
guess we are stuck with no useful radio interface this year, since our
FD stations are going run RTTY.
