[ct-user] K1EA needs IC-746 information

Apparently the new ICOM IC-746 is different from other ICOM radios as far
as CT is concerned.  Can someone who has the radio get in touch with Ken
Wolff  K1EA <kwolff@ultranet.com> and see what information he needs so he
can support the radio?
