[ct-user] DRSI support broke in CT 9.37?

Yes. I had set up CT under 9.27 to work with my BP modem. When I tried it
under 9.37, it didn't work.

I did notice that the keyboard seems to accept input strings, but nothing
is echoed or acted on.
