[ct-user] QLG file?

Hy Joe, 

The *.QLG is a file generated from CT in the WAE Contest, also for
DX-Stations.  The problem is, the older CT-Versions don't put the band
information, where you send or receive the QTC in this file.

I don't know, what type of logging software Writelog is, but CT is the
(what I know) nearly only program, handle the QTC traffic ok.
