[ct-user] CT 9.46 Windows beta version

I'm using WIN95. I get the error message WS2_32.DLL not found.  I
can't find this anywhere. Help doesn't help.

Anybody with WIN95 get this going yet.  Where did you get/find
WS2_32.DLL?
