[ct-user] Win version 9.46 problems

Thanks to some of the guys, I was able to find the winsock file for
Windows 95.

The program started up and recognized the rig, tnc and lpt2 for the
keyer port.

Playing around I ran into a few problems.

1) There appears to be no way to specify antenna switch control or the
port it is on.
2) I was unable to enter numbers into the callsign field until the
caps lock was enabled.
3) Keyboard CW is fine.  The buffer sent CW is highly erratic. CT is
the only program running (LPT2 is a standard parallel port on an ISA
bus card)

I'll play some more, but right now, it's unusable due to keying
problems.  I really can't live without automatic antenna switching
either.
